Job Description

The Cliffs include real estate in eight premier, private master-planned residential communities located along the leading edge of the Blue Ridge Mountains between Asheville, North Carolina and Greenville, South Carolina.

We are currently seeking seasoned Sales Executives to join our teams at the following locations:

The Cliffs at High Carolina.  With breathtaking mountain and meadow property views, this property located outside of Asheville, North Carolina, will showcase Tiger Wood’s first American designed course. 

The Cliffs at Walnut Cove.  Another spectacular mountain property tucked in a secluded cove of the Blue Ridge Mountains.  Walnut Cove is home to our first Jack Nicklaus Championship Golf Course, wonderful wellness facility and brand new clay tennis courts complex.

The Cliffs at Mountain Park.  Gorgeous mountain and valley properties in the foothills of South Carolina will surround the Gary Player Signature Golf Course.  Unique to this property is The Mountain Park Club Village which includes the headquarters for the Gary Player Design Center and Preserve Health, a premier family medical practice.

The Cliffs at Keowee.  Comprised of three incredible mountain-lake residential neighborhoods on the shores of Lake Keowee, South Carolina, these three properties boast championship golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus and Tom Fazio, an Equestrian Center, Marina and two beautiful clubhouses with outstanding dining facilities.

The Cliffs Communities continually recruits the best, most highly qualified and dedicated sales professionals to join our team. Candidates interested in joining The Cliffs should have 2 to 5 years of selling experience in land or home sales and hold a SC or NC Real Estate License (or be able to transfer a current license). We are looking for driven and dedicated professionals with a proven record in the sales of high-end, luxury properties within master planned communities. Agents work as independent contractors and their efforts are rewarded with a competitive commission structure.
